At Network Devices, we stand by the quality of our networking hardware and offer a 30-day return policy for all equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns, exchanges, and technical troubleshooting.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare Hardware for Shipping
Carefully pack the device in its original packaging, including all antennas, power adapters, and documentation to ensure full credit eligibility.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
After our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
